“I think I speak for every scholarship recipient here by saying if it had not been for the EPISD Fund we would not have been offered the possibly to make all our hopes and dreams become true. “Possibility” is the key word the EPISD Fund provides. Having finished my second year of college, I understand every penny counts. Thank you EPISD Fund for making dreams come true.” David Middaugh, a recipient of the EPISD Fund/Empowerment Zone in 2004 entering his junior year at University of Texas at Austin in pursuit of a degree in Kinesiology
